I offer personalized individual or pair training, traditional Pilates and clinical Pilates training.
Sessions are based on an initial assessment that takes into account your goals, fitness level and health history.
Each session lasts approximately one hour.
Bring comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, a towel and, if possible, shoes to wear only inside the facilities.
Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Yes, my clients can use the changing rooms on the premises.
